Each demister pad is wrapped with protective polyethylene (PE) film or bubble wrap to protect against dust, moisture, and mechanical damage.
The packed demister pad is placed in a sturdy corrugated box or wooden crate, depending on the size and transportation requirements.
For large-diameter demister pads, suitable wooden supports and reinforcement are provided to maintain shape and prevent deformation during transit.
Support grids and retaining grids (if supplied) are packed separately or securely fastened with the demister pad assembly.
Each package is properly labeled with the Purchase Order Number, Item Description, Size, Quantity, and Customer Name for easy identification.
Export shipments can be provided with fumigated wooden crates and seaworthy packing upon request.

A Demister Pad (also known as a Mist Eliminator) is a highly efficient vapor-liquid separation device designed to remove entrained liquid droplets from gas or vapor streams. It consists of multiple layers of knitted wire mesh or plastic mesh arranged to provide maximum surface area for droplet capture.
As the gas or vapor passes through the demister pad, liquid droplets impinge on the mesh surface, coalesce into larger droplets, and drain back under gravity, resulting in a cleaner gas stream and improved process efficiency.
