All inlet, outlet, drain, and vent connections are fitted with protective plastic caps or flange protectors to prevent ingress of dust, dirt, and moisture.
The Basket Filter is wrapped with polyethylene (PE) film, stretch wrap, or bubble wrap to protect the surface finish and prevent scratches.
The filter basket is securely fixed inside the housing or packed separately, as required, to avoid damage during transit.
Depending on the size and weight, the unit is packed in a heavy-duty corrugated box, wooden crate, or wooden pallet with proper cushioning and support.
Large and heavy units are securely fastened to wooden pallets or skids to prevent movement during transportation.
Each package is clearly labeled with the Item Description, Size, Material of Construction, Quantity, Purchase Order Number, and Customer Details for easy identification.
